SEA for Manila Bay Masterplan?

Manila, 13 -17 august. The city of Manila is growing fast, and faces major challenges in environmental management. In the next 3 years, the Philippine Government will be collaborating with the Dutch to develop a sustainable development masterplan for the Manila Bay. This august the NCEA met with the lead planning authorities to explore how SEA could strengthen the master planning process.
