The NCEA prepared a memorandum on EIA review for the Environmental Ministry of Burundi.
The memorandum informs the Ministry about:
- Key concepts and principles for EIA review;
- Approaches to EIA review and conditions needed for each;
- An elaborated 4-step review process.
The Annex provides a description of the Dutch EIA review approach.
