Bolivia's Vice Ministry for Biodiversity, Forest Resources and Environment asked the NCEA to comment on its draft SEA regulation.
The NCEA issued an advice of the secretariat (in Spanish), with detailed comments on the draft text. A general recommendation was to review the draft text once more, with specific emphasis on consistency between different sections (articles, annexes, training manual).
