The NCEA welcomes a new colleague

In July we were joined by a new member of our staff, Alex Puisais. He will be working at the NCEA as a Technical Secretary.

Alex has a master's degree in marine biology and Environmental Sciences. His career and personal aspirations have always been focused on understanding environmental contexts and mitigating impacts from human activities. He brings over a decade of experience in the field, with NGOs and private sectors in Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.

In his free time, Alex enjoys home-crafting and DIY, spotting wild fauna and insects with his daughter Maya (6 years old), and enrolls in long distance triathlon and trail running.

He is really looking forward to engaging all his skills, experiences and passion at the NCEA.
