SEA for IWRM programme in Rwanda

Kigali/Kibuye, Rwanda – 2-7 December 2012. An NCEA expert group visited Rwanda, requested by the Netherlands Embassy, to advise on the scoping phase of an SEA for an integrated water resources management (IWRM) support programme. This programme is being developed by the Netherlands embassy in cooperation with Rwandese Government Departments. The expert group co-organised a multi-stakeholder workshop.
