New name and more responsibilities environmental assessment agency Burkina Faso

June 10, 2020 - the Council of Ministers of Burkina Faso approved the change of the National Office for Environmental Assessments to an Agency. The new agency - National Environmental Assessment Agency (ANEVE) - will have more responsibilities and autonomy for one of its main tasks: approval of environmental assessments. The NCEA, who supports ANEVE with capacity development activities, congratulates the agency on this development!
