ESIA / SEA for transboundary water resource management

Water professionals from Iran and Afghanistan expressed their interest to know more about the use and added value of ESIA and SEA in a transboundary context. Therefor, UNESCO invited Rob Verheem to present a general introduction, various case studies and more information of the Espoo Convention on EIA in a transboundary context.
