Brainstorm: future of the Espoo Convention and SEA protocol

On November 7 Rob Verheem (NCEA) led a brainstorm on the future of the UN ECE Espoo Convention and SEA protocol. The brainstorm was part of the 6th meeting of the Working Group on EIA and SEA and an initiative of Austria, Finland and The Netherlands. The outcome of the brainstorm will inspire future workplans and their implementation.
