Strategic Environmental Assessment trajectories can be very complex and multisided. In these cases, we can support authorities in charge of these processes through coaching.
In coaching, the emphasis is less on technical knowledge, but more on the overall process and coordination. Guidance is provided over a longer period of time through review, coaching-on-the-job, reflections, conversations, workshops, and/or training. In some cases, the NCEA can support the process in the role of facilitator of multistakeholder meetings.
