After concluding a multi-annual (2008-2013) regional program to strengthen EIA systems through national associations for impact assessment professionals in Central Africa and the regional umbrella organisation SEEAC, the NCEA remains available to SEEAC for backstopping and technical assistance. To this end, the NCEA and SEEAC signed an MoU for the period 2014-2018. The support includes coaching in support of the the functioning and management of SEEAC, as well as technical backstopping.
