Significant details

In 2012, the SEA programme of the Netherlands Embassy in Bolivia came to an end. A report was prepared to identify and systematize lessons learned in the preparation, implementation and influence of SEA between 2004 and 2012. The NCEA was asked to provide comments on a draft version of this report. Main recommendations and more detailed comments were provided in a memorandum.
