SEA training course Kenya

The National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) of Kenya organised a three day SEA training course in Naivasha (8 – 10 November). The course targeted alumni of the international advanced SEA training programme supported by SIDA/NIRAS (Sweden). The NCEA and the University of Gothenburg shared their international experience on SEA. Moreover, a multi-annual action plan for the further implementation of SEA in Kenya has been prepared. Some activities on request of NEMA are currently being identified  that will be supported by the NCEA.
